Meet the adventurers

The League of Legends is a six-member adventuring party braving the depths of Dungeon of the Mad Mage, made up of Alter, Badul, Caul, Jorxkin, Peter, and Victor—each carrying their own secrets, scars, and motivations into Undermountain.

The League of Legends

Early on, the party decided to immortalize an inside joke by naming themselves The League of Legends, inspired by Peter’s character art—which is, unmistakably, Garen from the game League of Legends.

Alter

Assassin Rogue / Beastmaster Conclave Ranger

Alter is a deadly and disciplined drow who strikes from the shadows. She’s rarely alone, fighting alongside her loyal shadow wolf, Creed, and her sharp-witted fume drake companion, Khan.

Badul

The Hexblade Warlock

A goblin bound to dark power, Badul has a living intellect devourer nicknamed Greeble residing in his head. He wields a sentient Black Blade that devours magical weapons to steal and absorb their properties.

Path of the Berserker Barbarian

A fearsome half-orc barbarian whose rages unleash an alter ego known as Death’s Echo, taking control allowing him to become an unstoppable force of nature when dangers threaten him or his party.

Jorxkin Zebblerbebble

School of Illusion Wizard

A gnome illusionist who has lost his memories and maybe his marbles, Jorxkin clings to a single clue from his past: an invitation to Dweomercore, the legendary magical academy rumored to lie somewhere within Undermountain.

Peter Harkness

Battle Smith Artificer

A brilliant battlesmith artificer driven by loss, Peter seeks answers after his sister Katherine vanished in Undermountain while searching for Dweomercore herself. At his side is his ever-faithful mechanically augmented dog, Balagos.

Victor Helsing

Way of Mercy Monk

An aasimar monk walking a dangerous line, Victor wears a Periapt of Health to suppress both his vampirism and his innate radiant consumption—powerful forces that constantly threaten to consume what little remains of his mortal form.

Intellect Devourer

The living intellect devourer in Badul’s head, a scheming voice of dark counsel with its own agenda.

Gargoyle Head

Caul’s gargoyle head, strapped to his waist, providing advice, sarcasm, and the occasional unsettling commentary.

Dinah

Mechanical Canary

A mechanical canary housed in a gnomish lamp, singing warning tunes whenever poisonous gases are near.

Balagos

Bernese Mountain Dog

Peter’s loyal Bernese Mountain Dog, enhanced with mechanical augments on his tail and front leg, acting as a dependable steel defender.

Fume Drake

A fume drake from Stormwreck Isle, now residing in the Yawning Portal, exuding charm.
